First of all i am grateful to have the opportunity to share this special post for me. I ve been always spiritualist, i believed so much in energy and connection with our inner selves. In Brazil spiritism has been always around where i ve been raised very strong, but when i found yoga in my way, was such a bless. I found what I think is the most “easy” connection with our higher self, “our holy Christ personal” or inner self.
Yoga means literally “union” or ” to emerge” . More than a set of physical postures or exercises, Sadhguru defines yoga as a science to determine the nature of who you are and what you want to be.
I start doing it with a boyfriend i had when 19 years old, he had personal classes every 2 or 3 times a week at his house. One day he invited me , i said no of course , for me those postures were just acrobracy and look too hard. One day i was there in the morning and i join it. Yes, like every post of who started is something like that , you start and if you perceive on that amazing feeling that i love to call “breathing your inner self in earth” you will have an amazing journey of discoveries and peace.

During my yoga i can start sweating in the first 5 min, it is all about breathing and connecting with the real movement of your body.
One important thing we all should do when starting this journey is having a book about it by the side, always have a look to the chapters and the content, it can help so much, especially to don’t get hurt!
After that day in my ex’s house, i never stop looking forward to be present in this journey, everywhere i’ve been modeling i looked for a place to practice with people, is beautiful practicing together and a self-practising in parks or at the tiny hotel rooms and houses i lived in.
Every practise i do, or just simple start stretching my body together with the beauty of breathing together and following the movements, or in the morning i just sit and meditate for 10/20 min max, before doing yoga.
In this session of the blog , i want to post what i know and discovered about this amazing “technique”, share my journey, tips, amazing books, and a bit of the fashion also the good mats and clothing for practising.
