More than a set of physical postures or exercises, yoga is a science to determine the nature of who you are and what you want to be.
I start doing long time a go, a friend had personal classes every 2 or 3 times a week at his house. One day he invited me, I said no of course , for me those postures were just acrobracy and look too hard.
One day I was there in the morning and simply joined. I experience an amazing feeling that i love to call “breathing your inner self in earth” you will have an amazing journey of discoveries and peace.
