Matcha Please

 

This post is basically to talk about this amazing japanese drink! We all are passing through this important time in history, a time for changes and cleaning up overcharged energies. 

I think we all are being almost forced to look more into our essence, more to ourselves and to pay more attention on how to be the better version of ourselves. In any ways I have always been passionate about yoga, meditation and spirituality. During these days alone at my flat in Milano together with my dog, i’ve been studying about Ayurveda, doing courses with my favorite guru ever, Sadhguru, working less,being alone most of the time, doing yoga and working out. 

 

Getting the best out of my ayurveda course, I slowly start sleeping early and searching for food more natural, cooking and food itself.

 Matcha has always been around but I never had tasted it because we all know how bitter green tea can be, being matcha a highly concentrated form of green tea.

Without checking before the benefits i went out and i found it in Naturasi here in Milan a natural and biologiche supermarket and started to try it.



 🍵Strengthens the immune system and helps reduce stress.

 🍵Stimulates the mind and relaxes the body.

 🍵Helps prevent cancer, infections, and cavities.

 🍵Helps keep arteries healthy and control hypertension.

 🍵Helps lower blood sugar levels.

 

 I  got  milk frother for my morning cappuccinos and fortunately you can use it for warming up the tea or milk and make your matcha or matcha latte.

On my youtube channel there is a video teaching  you how to make your matcha using these tools.

 

I’m not drinking everyday but once a day or sometimes I do skip one day so it makes more effect. Matcha tea is generally safe to consume, drinking too much in a day could be harmful.
